Now Accepting Ads & Sponsors for the Annual Youth Program Book
Young Christians in Action Youth Sports (YCAYS) is a non-profit organization seeking businesses
concerned with our community to support our basketball teams. YCAYS offers a positive environment
of learning and teaching discipline, sound fundamentals, and techniques that will help children to reach
athletic goals. The association is composed of a group of committed coaches, parents, and
administrators working together to support our young athletes. YCAYS’ mission is to teach and inspire
youth using Godly principles to enhance moral values with emphasis on academic and social
development, fundamentals, participation, and sportsmanship. Through sports and social curriculum,
we will inspire and develop opportunities for youth to surpass and press on in the local community.
Your sponsorship will help to offset the cost of facility rental, tournament registration fees, travel
expenses, equipment, insurance, awards, and officials. In addition, YCAYS may provide scholarships to
young athletes thus, providing the opportunity for them to participate in organized youth sports. No
one working in our organizations receives any pay, we are a volunteer organization. Any donation you
are able to give to our teams is tax deductible and both welcome and appreciated.
Upon receipt of your generous donation, YCAYS will send you a confirmation letter that includes our
Fed ID number for tax purposes. All donations made to our association are tax-deductible. In
addition, we will keep you updated on the progress of our team and invite you to join us to see how
your contribution benefits our youth.

Platinum Sponsor ($1000.00 or above) will receive the following for 1 year:
• Your company name or logo on the back of the team shooter shirt
• A plaque (with a team picture) indicating Platinum level of sponsorship
• A link to your company website (using your logo if provided) on YCAYS web-site
• An advertising banner to be placed at all team events indicating Platinum level of sponsorship
• An appreciation letter.
Gold Sponsor ($500.01-$999.99) will receive the following for 1 Season:
• A plaque (with a team picture) indicating Gold level of sponsorship
• A link to your company website (using your logo if provided) on YCAYS web-site
• An advertising banner to be placed at all team events indicating Platinum level of sponsorship
• An appreciation letter
Silver Sponsor ($250.01- $500.00)
• A plaque (with a league picture) indicating Bronze level of sponsorship
• Your company name listed as a team sponsor on our Sponsorship recognition page

Business Partner Opportunities
Sponsor a Team Tournament
We have a total of five girls’ basketball teams and
two boys’ basketball teams. The ages for girls are 10 and under, 11
years olds, 12 year olds, 13 year olds, and 14 year olds. The ages for
boys are 10 and 11.
• Sponsor a team $3,000 per tournament
Sponsor Team Uniforms
Each team will have their individual set of uniforms.
• Sponsor warm-up suits, bags, and shoes
$2,500 per team
Car wash
YCAYS travels at least two weekends per month during
basketball season with a minimum of 45 players. When we are not
traveling we have carwashes as a way of raising funds to travel and
participate in tournaments.
• Sponsor 1 carwash per month $1,500
Transportation
We rent a minimum of three vans per team for traveling.
• Sponsor vans $700.00 per tournament
Hotel Accommodations
• Sponsor rooms for coaches / players $400.00
per team per tournament
Incentives
Most of our participants are "A" and "A/B" Honor Roll
students. We have participants who travel from Orlando and St.
Augustine, FL to participate in practice and tournaments. We
continuously search for creative ways to acknowledge and reward our
participants with a monthly drawing. We offer special incentives and
awards to encourage these "RAMS" to continue in a spirit of excellence.
• Sponsor "Sports Authority Gift Card",
movie tickets, etc.
$300 monthly
Adopt a Child
There are occasions when we have participants that are
unable to raise funds for tournaments, etc.
• Sponsor a child $200 per tournament
Bibles
YCAYS teaches Godly principles to better equip our
youth for the future. Each person is to read and study scriptures, etc.
• Sponsor Bibles $20 each
